West Valley City, UT-On a sunny Sunday afternoon Clyde passed peacefully in his sleep at his home in West Valley City. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Chele A. Johnson, children Melissa B Chada (Kyle Chada) and David E Johnson, grandchildren Madeline, Ethan and Presley, brothers Dale, Chris and Jeff, sisters Linda and Janice. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 15, 2016 at 5:00 PM at the Redwood Memorial Mortuary. 6500 S. Redwood Rd. West Jordan, UT 84123.
