Rube Pyne
February 14, 1944 - October 23, 2015
Rube passed away due to cancer on October 23, 2015 in Provo, Utah. Born to Ed and Donna Pyne on Valentines day in 1944, he was the oldest of 6 children. Remo, DeeAnn, Torey, Kelly and Colleen. He was raised on a fruit farm in Orem Utah and graduated Orem High School. Rube worked in the oil fields in California and was a janitor for the school district. He retired to Kamas Utah where he made friends with mostly everybody! Rube absolutely loved life and touched the hearts of everyone that knew him. He loved to laugh and crack jokes and was always the life of the party! He was and still is such a very loved man. Rube will absolutely be missed every day!
He is survived by his daughter Debbie, son Mike, sister DeeAnn, brother Kelly, 9 grandkids and 5 great grandkids. We love you grandpa!
There will be a memorial at the Kamas Senior Center on November 1, 2015 from 2-4 as well as a memorial in Utah County still being figured out.

Ruben was actually in a Care Center in Southwest Provo, formerly named Trinity. He had been living up in the Heber/Kamas area. He was battling cancer and lost the fight. His children didn't post any obituary and I don't know if they had any services. I got this information from Kelly, Rube's brother who lives a few houses away from me.
